If the client is not satisfied with the order, has a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to make the change or return.

To make the return or exchange, the products must be sent in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and without signs of use to the following address:

The client can choose to:
REFUND: For this action, the product must be sent in perfect conditions. In this case, the customer will bear the cost of returning the order. Once we receive the package at our facilities and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to reimburse the amount paid, except for shipping costs.
EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT: Whether it has been by mistake when ordering a product or if you have changed your mind and want to change the product for another, the client will bear the cost of the return and the new shipment. In the case that the product had a higher price than the returned one, the difference must be paid. If, on the contrary, the order is for a lower amount, we will refund the difference.
We request to send the products by certified mail or courier to be able to track the package and that no incidents arise.
Once we receive the products, we will check them and if everything is in perfect condition and without signs of use, we will proceed to refund the order or change it.
For health reasons, changes or returns will not be accepted on cosmetic products that have been opened or with signs of use, unless they are in poor condition or are defective.
In case of having received a wrong or defective product, the costs of return and again shipment (if any), will be borne by Sabater Hnos.
Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities and we verify that the items are in perfect conditions, the client will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been paid. The refund will be reflected in the client's account within a period of 7 to 15 working days, depending on the bank. We will make the refund with the same form of payment that the purchase was made.
ERROR OR MISSING PRODUCT:
If the client detects an error in his order, he can contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours, from the receipt of the order, through our email and we will respond as soon as possible. We will take care of collecting the wrong product and shipping the correct one with no additional cost. We will not accept an open/used product. Both the product and the packaging must be in their original condition.
